June 6, 1355 Entered Mode 3.
i June 7, 0120 Started RCP 2P-001 and observed indication of upper j seal failure. Stopped 2P-001.
i June 9, 0240 Auxiliary Feedwater Pump 2P-140 declared inoperable.
June 11, 1245 Auxiliary Feedwater Pump 2P-141 declared inoperable.
Initiated cooldown in accordance with Technical Specification 3/4-7-4.
June 11,1445 Auxiliary Feedwater Pump 2P-140 declared operable j after satisfactory I.S.I. test of 2HV-4716 and successful starts from the Control Room. Terminated cooldown.
June 11,1500 Commenced heat up from 485 F to 545 F.
