June 2, 0800 RCP's 2P-002 and 2P-003 declared operable.

2 June 4, 1707 Entered Mode 4.

June 6, 1355 Entered Mode 3.

i June 7, 0120 Started RCP 2P-001 and observed indication of upper j seal failure. Stopped 2P-001.

i June 9, 0240 Auxiliary Feedwater Pump 2P-140 declared inoperable.

June 11, 1245 Auxiliary Feedwater Pump 2P-141 declared inoperable.

Initiated cooldown in accordance with Technical Specification 3/4-7-4.

June 11,1445 Auxiliary Feedwater Pump 2P-140 declared operable j after satisfactory I.S.I. test of 2HV-4716 and successful starts from the Control Room. Terminated cooldown.

June 11,1500 Commenced heat up from 485 F to 545 F.

J June 17,1845 Initiated plant cooldown to Mode 5 due to excessive controlled bleedoff flow (greater than 3.5 gpm) and high controlled bleedoff temperature on 2P-001.

June 18, 0040 Entered Mode 4.

j June 18, 1340 Entered Mode 5 to begin work on RCP seals.

i June 30, 2359 Unit 2 is in Mode 5. RCP seal repairs are in progress.
