Dear Madam or Sir,
As a counesy, MGP Instruments Inc (MGPI) wishes to inform the Commission that the deficiency identified in Event No. 32725, has been corrected by MGP Instruments Inc. Please note:
- 1. The affected equipment (i.e. Radiation Monitor-Safety Related Local Processing Units) was confirmed to have an impact only at Southern California Edison's, San Onofre site as originally notified.
- 2. MGPI has verified that all affected equipment (total 28 safety related units) has been reworked and tested at Southern California Edison.

- 3. Corrective action in the form of design modification has also been completed.
