- 1. The affected equipment (i.e. Radiation Monitor- Safety Related Local Processing Units) was confirmed to have an impact only at Southern California Edison's, San Onofre site as originally notified.
- 2. MGPI has verified that all affected equipment (total 28 safety related units) has been reworked and tested at Southern California Edison.

- 3. Corrective action in the form of design modification has also been completed.
