Plus Mickie mentioned you needed to locate the Hotlist in the directory. The path and file name should be provided in my deskguide.

The desk guide will have the table of contents, then the quick reference section which lets you know what days you do what, and a brief summary on what to do with what (this is where you should find the Hotlist path and filename). Then the next section is by roman numerals with an alpha list. So if you need to know what to do with access arrangements, you can look up Red Badge, AD3, or visitor. Or look up all three.
