Yesterday, the joint interveners served one copy of their brief on proposed findings by mail on the Commis sion, The Board members, William Ross, Esquire and James B. Falahee, Esquire, of Consumers Power Company, The Department of Justice and the Atomic Energy Commission Regulatory Staff. .However, we T,

were unable to serve the remaining copies and request permission to do so today.

We also requesti permission to serve a revised brief, which conforms in all* respect to our original brief except tha t we have corrected the AEC Docket designation on th e , firs t page ,

numbered the paragraphs of proposed findings, and added a five page appendix consisting of the Applicant 's joint application to  !

the federal Power Commission for constructing interconnection facilities and added an index to our proposed exhibits. An. additional change has been made to page 85. ,
