Three Mile Is11nd Nuclear 3tation Unit 1 Docket No. 50-239 Physical Cable Count vc Cable Tray Loading Zummary An interim repcrt was submitted to the AEC on December 12, 1073 concerning dicerepancies noted by GPU personnel between physical cable count and the cable tray leading cummary quantities. This is the final recert for this sudit. The summary and resolution of the audit findings sre shown in the updated attschei table.

Finni Evaluatien Audit findings l'h (cable tray ih2) ccntained two additicnil esblcc than the tray 1caling cummary. Review of previous reviaicnc of nuli clipc indicated that non-3afeguari circuit CG h15 had been routed tia tray 1h2.

An analycia of sll circuit reuting in tray ih2 was done. 2eversi cables in esble tray lh2 and tray lhl were electronically signal traced tc determine routing. It va3 discovered ' hat non-safecard circuit R7-Shh v23 routed via trsy 1h2. An snalysia of the routing of circuits CG h15 and R7-ikh via cable 1-2 inlicated that the esbles can remain 23 inctallel.

All 253 circuiu were investigsted for ancmslies and s11 dccumentstion has been updated.

2. All documenta Ace 1 to implement design changes were raviewed and all itoma that aff-eted :sble routing were incorcoratal in the data base for tne tray loa. ling summary.

3. The tray loading sum m ry hsc been updated to incorporste all known revicions to cable tray reuting.

k. Csble trsy audit instructions were developed to assist in obtaining accurste cable counta at coordinate point in a etble trsy. Dicerepancies have cecurr+1 luring cable trsy sudite as a recult of inaccurste cable counts. There instructions will minimice the occurrence of cuch snomalies.
