In respcase to the abcVe IE Bulletin, we would like to report that the Zi=er Nuclear Pcwer Station - Unit 1 does not have any open eccling water syste=s present inside centaih=ent.

The plant is not yet operational but we have had li=ited use of sc=e water syste=s inside contain=ent. To date, there have been no measurable closed ecoling water systes leakages into centain=ent.

Apprcxi=ately three engineering =an-heurs were expended in research-i ing the abcve.

We believe this letter ec=pletes all require =ents of the Zi=er Project with regard to the above Bulletin.
