Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. S552 el seq., the Office of the Consumers' Counsel (OCC) requests copies of any and all nonconformance reports regarding any and all aspects of the Zimmer Nuclear Power Plant, from the period ~

when construction first began to the present. The nonconformance reports should include all reports on nonconformances which have been corrected as well as those which remain uncorrected. It is OCC's understanding that the NRC resident inspector at Zimmer has in his possession approximately thirteen boxes or more of nonconformance reports of which OCC would like to obtain copies.

As a state agency representing the citizens of the State of Ohio, we requests that any fees be waived in accordance with the Act.
