Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. Part 9, Subpart A and 5 U.S.C.
S552, it is re-quested that all records relating to the subject inspection report be provided inclu* ding, but not limited to:

All records which discuss the scope, 11Eitation in
- scope, methodology, individuals
- involved, or reasons for preparation of the subject document.

All records concerning the subject inspection report to or from NRC supervision and management at the site, region, or otherwise within the GRC.
3.
All notes taken during the course of the prepara-tion
- for, inspection activities, and post-inspection activities whether or not dis-i cussed or relied upon or utilized in the subject document.
4.
All records reviewed or utilized by the partici-pants during the course of the inspection whether or not discussed or relied upon in the subject document.

All drafts of the subject inspection report including annotations of drafts and all records which explain any differences between or among j
