- 552, I hereby request copies of any interim or final reports generated by the NRC's Office of Investigations (OI) regarding the Zimmer Nuclear Power Plant construction site (Docket No. 50-358).
This request only includes finalized interim and final
- reports, as defined by 10 C.F.R. 9.3a(b) and the NRC
- Manual, Appendix
- 0211, Parts 1.A.2 and A.S.
I do not wish copies of draft reports or final report supporting documents.
For any documents or portions that you deny due to a
FOIA exemption, please provide an index itemizing the documents or portions of documents withheld.
The index should provide a
justification of your grounds for claiming each exemption, and an explaination of why each exemption is relevant.
If any denial is based on a request from another government agency to wi thhol d disclosure, please provide me with a copy of the request from that agency. I trust that any such request, used as a basis for a FOIA denial, will be in written form.
