57300, JOB E-5590, FILE NO. 956C, 83-05 This letter is in response to I.E.Bulletin 83-05 concerning ASME Nuclear Code Pumps and Spare Parts Manufactured by the Hayward Tyler Pump Company.

After a review of purchasing documentation and subsequent investigation of suppliers and subvendors, it was determined that CG&E did not receive any Hayward Tyler pumps or parts for use at the Wm. H. Zimmer Nuclear Power Station.

I.E.Bulletin 83-05 is therefore'not applicable to this facility.
