Council of the City of Cincinnati, State of Ohio, at its sessian on January 5, 1984, adopted the motion entitled:

SPENCER That Cincinnati City Council advise the Nuclear Regulatory Commission that limiting public participation.to " time per-mitting" at the January 11, 1984 rr.eeting between the NRC and CG&E is not in the best interest of the City of Cincinnati or its citizens. Furthermore, City Council should urge the NRC to hold a meeting in Cincinnati for the express purpose of soliciting

The meeting on January 11, 1984 is open to the public. It is not, however, a meeting for public participation and response to the Plan to Verify Quality Control. The NRC has not set another .
