Dear sir:
I am writing requesting the opportunity to make a linited appearance before the Atomic Safety ard Licensing Board at the hearings concerning the restart of Three Mile Islard Nuclear Power riant Unit I.
I am a 21-year old resident of Lancaster County and a student majoring in biology at Millersville State College.
As a female of child-bearing age and as a human being with many years of life ahead, I was very thrsatened by the accident of last Harch at Three Mile Island and left the area as soon as possible.
I feel strongly that decisions concerning the clean-up of the power plant and the restart of Unit I are being made primarily on the basis'of economics and with little concern for the safety of the p.ople, plants and animals of the area.
