Dear Adninistrative Judges,
Upon contacting our expert witnesses concerning the suitability of the date set for the adjudicatory hearings for the above captioned matter,Intervenor has learnt that the wek beginning October 31st. does not suit all of the witnesses.
I am therefore respectfully requesting that a different date is chosen for the hearings.
It would suit our witnesses if the hearings were arranged for the week beginning November 14th.
