Dear sir:
I am writing requesting the opportunity to make a linited appearance before the Atomic Safety ard Licensing Board at the hearings concerning the restart of Three Mile Islard Nuclear Power riant Unit I. I am a 21-year old resident of Lancaster County and a student majoring in biology at Millersville State College. As a female of child-bearing age and as a human being with many years of life ahead, I was very thrsatened by the accident of last Harch at Three Mile Island and left the area as soon as possible. I feel strongly that decisions concerning the clean-up of the power plant and the restart of Unit I are being made primarily on the basis'of economics and with little concern for the safety of the p.ople, plants and animals of the area. Please keep me informed about the time and the place of the hearings. Thank you.
