Dear Freedom of Information Officer:
Under the Freedoa of Information Act (5 U.S.C. 552), I am requesting all files and reports pertaining to any allegations, investigations, fines, convictions and any other dispositions of cases in which the operators of the following nuclear power plants have been charged with or are being charged with violating federal whistle-blowing statutes, specifically 10 CFR 50.7, between 1980 and the present.
I am requesting this information for the following utility companies, which cperate the following nuclear power plants in Pennsylvania:
Pennsylvania Power & Light Co., Allentown, which operates the Susquehanna Steam Generation Station in Berwick, Units 1 and'2.
Philadelphia Electric Co., Philadelphia, which operates the Limerick nuclear power plant, Unit 1, and the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station in Delta, Units 2 and 3.
Metropolitan Edison, Harrisburg, which operates Three Stile Island, Units 1 and 2.

Luquesne Light Co., Pittsburgh, which ope ates the Beaver Valley nuclear power plant, Shippingport, Units 1 and 2.
As you know, the act suggests that all fees be waived if the release of the information is considered as "primarily benefitting the public." We believe search and copying fees should be waived in this instance.
If there are any fees for searching or copying the information I have requested, please inform me before filling the request.
I look forward to hearing from you at the above address within 10 working days, as required by the act.
