Dear Ms. Grimsley:
We request, under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), certain attachments (Q through W) to an NRC report "IE Inspectors Alleged Failure to !?eport Information re: March 28, 1979 7, 1981 and authored by the Office of Inspector and Auditor. Hydrogen Explos There can be no question of the request for Attachments V and W which are the report of a chemical analysis and a memorandum, respectively.
htile we understand that the " notes" of Neely, Higgins and Plumlee that comprise Attachments Q, R, S, T and U are the personal property of those individuals, the individuals have already chosen to provide their personal property to a public cgency.
The notes have, thus, become public property.
We agree to accept the costs for providing the dccuments requested.
