Dear Judge Kelley:

This is to reflect conversations between your secretary Ha. Barbard Davis and myself yesterday and today concerning Attachment 2 of our Findings of Fact filed yesterday.

Due to photocopying and wiring problems I told Ms. Davis yesterday that the control room logs indicated as provided as Attachment 2 would be sent today by Express Mail. Prior to having done that, I discovered that not a "few" control room logs were on the record of hearing, but in fact all, or nearly all, of the control room togs for the period of operation -

of THI-2 with which this hearing is concerned. Thus, the control room togs which we designated as Attachment 2 are on the record of proceeding and there is no necessity that they be provided additionally, llence ,

I called Ms. Davis today to state that we would not send the control room logs for the February 15, 1979 through March 28, 1979 period untoss you specifically requested them. Instead we are enclosing another copy of our Findings with Attachment 2 (corrected to reflect the dates intended) and annotated to refer the reader to the documentation on the record.

If other parties make request for the control room togs, we will also refer them to the record documentation.

When we retreive our copies of the logs, now at the photocopiers, we will check them against the better copies in the NRR document to be certain that they are, indeed, the same logs and that our numbers, retrieved from less readable copies, are correct in all cases. If any dif ferences txist, whlch would ef fect the data tabulated in the tabic and figure provided as Attachment 3 I will notify you by telephone and send a correction immediately. Any correction will be provided to everyone on the Service List.
