ThisletterisaninterimreportontheactivitiesbeingcarriedoutattheDonaldC.CookNuclearPlanttoaddresstheconcernsofReference(1).InReferences(2)and(3)wereportedthestatusoftheevaluationwhichwaspartiallycompletedatthattime.Thisletterreportstheresultsofourplantsurveyandthestatusofthewallevaluations.Asreportedearlier,onehundredandthirty(130)masonrywallsattheCookPlantfallunderthescopeofthebulletin.Wehavecompletedtheplantsurveyofalltheaccessiblewalls.Eighteen(18)wallswereinaccessibleduringpoweroperation(ononefaceofthewall)andwillbesurveyedduringthecurrentUnit2refuelingoutage,andthenextrefuelingoutageforUnitl.Theresultsofourfieldwalkanddesignevaluationare:a)NumberofwallsrecentlydesignedwhichmeetReference(1)Criteria..~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~68104080QgUMAR25>98)
