Descrirtion of Occurrence:

On. January 13,1 1977, while performing a periodic Reactor Building isolation Reactor' Building spray valve, 2BS-2, was discovered y valve.' functional test,As' required by Oconee Technical Specification 3.3.7, inoperable. The torque andthe operability-of?the redundant valve, 2BS-1, was verified.
