i ~i vp On February 11, 1982, your office was informed that the 3A steam generator

-had an indicated tube leak of 0.01 gal / min. This constitutes an abnormal degradation of the reactor coolant pressure boundary. Reportable Occurrence Report R0-281/82-03 providing details of this incident was to have been submitted to you by February 25, 1982, pursuant to Technical Specification 6.6.2.1.a(3). However, the investigation of this incident and the prepara-tion of a report are incomplete at this time. It is expected that the investigation and report will be completed, reviewed, and submitted to you no later than March 11, 1982.
