Descrirtion of Occurrence:

1977, while performing a periodic Reactor Building isolation On. January 13,1 Reactor' Building spray valve, 2BS-2, was discovered valve.' functional test,As' required by Oconee Technical Specification 3.3.7, the y

The torque and operability-of?the redundant valve, 2BS-1, was verified.
