Reportable Occurrence Report R0-69/82-15 providing details of this incident was to have been submitted to you by Gptember 21, 1982. A review and evaluation has been performed on the operability of valve CCW-8.

The review has determined that valve CCW-8 was operable, in that it was capable .

of performing its safety related function, and no further action is required.

IIence, it is considered that this occurrence is without safety significance and is not reportable.
