4.4.1.2.1. Reportabic Occurrence Report R0-269/82-14 providing details of this incident was to have been submitted to you by September 16, 1982, pursuant to Technical Specification 6.6.2.1.n(2). However, the investigation of this incident and the preparction of a report are incomplete at this time. It is expected that the investigation and report will be completed, reviewed, and submitted to you no later than September 30, 1982.
