WebelievethisEQProgramsatisfies therequirements of10CFR50.49asweunderstand them,withintheconstraints currently approvedbytheNRCstaff'sSafetyEvaluation (SE)datedJanuary11,1985.Tothebestofourknowledge, asofthisdate,nofurtherextensions beyondthosecurrently approvedforourJustifica-tionsforContinued Operation (JCOs)willberequested fromtheOfficeofNuclearReactorRegulation.
