We are requesting documents, correspondence, NRC reports, internal memoranda, and any and all i other relative documents concerning allegations of illecal drug use and/or abuse of controlled substances by employees engaged in either construction or operation of the Wolf Creek Generating Station in Burlington, Kansas, please also include in our request documents related to the

" fitness for duty" reports compiled by the MRC, including any internal documents related to those " fitness for duty" reports that  :

I may relate to illeoal drua use at Wolf Creek. Please also include any and'all correspondence relative to this topic between the NRC, Kansas Gas and Electric Company, Kansas City Power and Light Company, and any and all employee groups, as well as the contractors and subcontractors involved in construction and operation of the facility.
