FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT REQUEST
Dear Mr. Grimsley:
This request is made pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C.
- 522, as amended.
The Nuclear Avareness Network (NAN) submits this request to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to obtain documents regarding Wolf Creek.
In your response, the NRC should consider "documents" to include any and all forms of written communication, including internal NRC staff memoranda.
This should also include, but not be limited to, the following:

NAN requests the NRC to provide all documents prepared or utilized by, in the possession of, or routed through the NRC containing any and all information related to the followings any and all items / materials discovered in and/or retrieved from the Coffey County, Kansas landfill by WCGS, the NRC and/or any other individual and/or organization.
If any of the material covered by this request has been des-troyed and/or removed, please provide all surrounding documen-tation, including but not limited to a description of the action (s) taken, relevant date(s) and justification (s) for the action (s).
For any documents or portions of documents you deny due to a specific FOIA exemption, please provide an index itemizing and t
describing the documents or portions of documents withheld.
