The Cincinnati Gas & Electric Company on behalf of it-self and as agent for the Columbus and Southern Ohio Electric Company and The Dayton Power and Light Company hereby submits eight copies of Revision 14 to the Industrial Security Plan (ISP) for the Wm. H. Zimmer Nuclear Power Station - Unit 1.

This submittal constitutes Amendment 124 to the Application.

Revised pages should be inserted as indicated in the enclosed instruction sheet. As the Industrial Security Plan is proprietary, we recuest that it be withheld from public

disclosure.

THOSE PARTIES RECEIVING COPIES OF THs SECURITY PLAN MATERIAL APE REQUESTED TO PLEASE SIGN, DATE, AND RETURN THE ATTACHED CONTROLLED DOCUMENT RECEIPT FORM ALONG WITH THOSE PAGES REMOVED FROM THE ISP.
