Unit 1 - SRV Surveillance Program

Dear Mr. Denton:

Although no SRV surveillance program exists at present, CG&E will participate in such a program when it becomes available. CG&E is currently working with General Electric Company and other utilities to develop a program. When the program becomes available CG&E will formally document its arrangements.
