Therefore, itwasnotnecessary torandomlyselectinstalled circuitbreakerstoformaminimumsampleof50circuitbreakers.

Traceability toWestinghouse divisions suchasWestinghouse NuclearServicesinMonroeville, PA.,orWestinghouse PowerSystemsinPittsburgh, PA.,wasalsoaccepted.
Ontheotherhand,traceability toanyregionalofficeofWestinghouse ElectricSupplyCompany(WESCO)wasnotaccepted.
Thismethodology wasusedforevaluating thetraceability ofstoredsparesperActionItem1andinstalled circuitbreakersperActionItem4.ActionIteml.crequeststhatthenumber,manufacturer, modelnumber,and,totheextentpossible, theprocurement chainforallthosecircuitbreakersidentified inactionIteml.abeidentified.
Thisinformation hasbeenidentified andissubmitted inAttachment 2ofthisletter.2)ActionItem2requeststhatallholdersofoperating licenseswhoidentifyinstalled circuitbreakersperactionItem1or4thatcannotbetracedtoacircuitbreakermanufacturer prepare,within30daysofthecompletion ofeachitem,ananalysis)ustifying continued operation untilactionItems1through5havebeencompleted.
