Response of Public Service to Request for Additional Information of FSV Building 10 Dest Dr. Chan:

The referenced Public Service response to the request for additional f

' information on the Ft. St. Vrain Building 10 seismic design has been reviewed. The response contains most of the required information and it appears than an audit at Public Service will not be required. However, the following additional information is required to complete the BNL review:

1. Reference is made to the computer code PILAY2. Some descriptive naterial for the code is required. If the computer code generated frequency dep,endent interaction coefficients, a plot of the stiffness and damping interaction coefficients as a function of frequency should be provided. j l
2. Sketches or drawinge should be provided showing the caisson / slab / wall l configurations upon which Public Service concluded that the i foundation system is two to four times stiffer than the caissons. i Regards,
