WITHDRAWAL OF AN AMENDMENT REQUEST- BRAIDWOOD, UNIT 1 (TAC NO. M96438)
Dear Mr. Kingsley:
By letter dated August 30,1996, you applied for an amendment to Appendix A, Technical Specifications (TS) of Facility Operating License No. NPF-72. The proposed amendment would revise TS 3/4.4.5 to allow continued operation of Unit 1 for the remainder of Cycle 6, provided that the projected distributions of Indications found in the top of the steam generators' roll transitions resulting from the reanalysis of previous non-destructive testing data results in a probability of burst less than 1X102 and predicted leakage less than the site allowable leak limit.
Subsequently, by letter dated May 11,1998, you withdrew the amendment request.
The Commission has filed the enclosed Notice of Withdrawal of Application for Amendment to Facility Operating License with the Office of the Federal Registe; for publication.
