This is in partial response to your letter dated February 6, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freeden of Information Act (F01A), six categories of documerts regarding the Wolf Creek Generating Station STN-50-482.
The documents listed on the enclosed Appendix A and a portion of the document listed on the enclosed Appendix B are being placed in the Nuclear Regulatory Comission's Public Document Room (PDR) located at 1717 H Street, NW, Washington DC 20555. You may obtain access to these records by presenting a copy of this letter to the PDR staff or by requesting PDR folder F01A-P5-101 under your name.
A portion of the document listed cc Appendiy 6 and the dOCuFents listed on the enclosed Appendix C are being withheld pursuant to the exceptions l

Infernation being withheld pursuant to Exemption (6) consists of a home address

The persons responsible for this denial are the undersigned and Mr. Robert D. Martin, Regional Administrator, Region IV.

This denial may be appealed to the NRC's Executive Director for Operations within 30 days from the receipt of this letter. As provided in 10 CFR 9.11, any such appeal must be in writing, addressed to the Executive Director for Operations, U. S.
