==Dear Mr. Hodick:==

In response to your letter of December 13, 1985, concerning submission of monthly Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs), the Pennsylvania Power and Light Company would like to make the following comments:
: 1. All DMRs have been submitted to Mr. Paul Koval of your office.
: 2. The NPDES permit requires that all DMRs be postmarked by the 28th day of the following month (Part A, 3 b, [1]) and not, as indicated in your letter, be received by the 28th day of the following month.
: 3. According to your letter, the last DMR received was September 1985. The October 1985 DMR was submitted to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Resources on November 27, 1985. A copy is attached.
4    A review of_our files through January 1982 indicates that all DMRs have been submitted to your office.
As we discussed in our telephone conversation of December 17, 1985, this information should close-out your concerns about possible permit reporting violations.
If you have any questions, please call me at (215) 770-7889.
