By letter dated March 20,1996, you applied for amendments to the Susquehanna Steam Electric Station, Units 1 and 2, Operating License Nos. NPF17 and NPF-22. The proposed a~mendments
. would have revised the facility technical specifications to eliminate the high pressure coolant injection pump auto-transfer on high suppression pool level. Subsequently, by letter dated October 29,1998, you withdrew the amendment request.
