i In accordance with 10 C.F.R 50.75(f)(1), attached please find the Allegheny Electric Cooperative, Inc. decommissioning status report for our ten percent (10%) interest in Susquehanna Units 1 and 2.
On March 31,1999, we reported the status of our Nuclear Decommissioning Trust fund to the NRC, and had requested that certain portions of the report be kept confidential.
We were informed by the NRC that to keep the information confidential we would need to resubmit the report in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790. This submittal is made in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790.
