Enclosed is a copy of the March 1986 Discharge Monitoring Repart for Permit No. PA 0047325.

The following information details data and/or 3

noncompliances for some of the permitted oc t. falls:

Outfall 071:

Cooling Tower Blowdown Discharge flows were estimated.

Outfall 072: S & A Building Sump There were two discharges from this outfall in March with the monthly average for total suspended solids (TSS) of 69 mg/1.

The high levels of solids were attributed to parking lot runoff.

See Note 2 on Outfall 072 DMR.

Page two Outfall 271 - Low Volume Waste Filter Bypass:

This outfall was diverted on March 21, 1986, to the sewage treatment plant with Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Resources approval. A TSS sample collected on March 21, 1986, however was 53.4 mg/l exceeding the monthly average of 30 mg/1.
