Enclosed is a copy of the June 1986 Discharge Monitoring Report for Permit No.
PA 0047325. The following information details data and/or noncompliances for some of the permitted outfalls:
I Outfall 071: Cooling Tower Blowdown i
The cooling tower blowdown sample pump was out of service 1-3 June. The pH and free available chlorine samples for these days could not be collected.
Outfall 079: Sewage Treatment Plant The effluent eight hour composite sample for total suspended solids collected on 27 June was 82 mg/1. This high level was attributed to lack of adequate sludge wasting.
