The inadvertant radicactive mtarial releases occurred due to a loss of water .

from the waste evaporator feed tank leop seal. '

t Analysis of radiatica effluent ironitor recorder charts and local air samples indicata the radioact1ve material relecsed was predcainatly Xel33 and that the instantaneous roble gas release rates were within the limits pemitted by i the technical specifications. .

Operating persennel in the vicinity of the evaporator at the tire of the loop  !

seal water loss have been whole body counted at the Radiation Panagement Corp.
