In a letter dated December 20, 1980+erial No.NLS-80-090), Carolina Power,"~!t:

Light Company (CPttt:L)submitted the TDI Cgvners'roup (OG)Phase II DR/QR Reportfor the Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant (SHNPP)emergency diesel generators.

The, SHNPP DR/QR Report was recently revised by the OG.Enclosed in Attachment A is Revision 1 to the subject report.Revision 1 makes editorial corrections and updates pertinent Phase I results that have been revised since the initial issuance of the DR/QR Report.Attachment A to CPRL's December 20, 1980 letter.summarized the status of the SHNPP diesel generators and CPRL's plan fqL.placing the equipment into operation..With the issuance of Revision 1, the Compag would like to also revise Section E and F of Attachment A.Attachment B to this letter provides revised Section E and F pages.Carolina Power i': Light Company has been an active member in the OG and commits to implement the DR/QR report requirements necessary to assure the safe and reliable operation of the diesel generators.
