i For the remaining 19 systems subject. to VT 2 examinations, the examinations have been completed for 18 systems.

The single remaining system subject to the additional examination is Containment Spray. Full flow testing of the Containment Spray System has been performed and the system thoroughly examined for leakage by performance and test personnel. As a result the full functional capability of this system has been established. However, visual examinations for leakage meeting the specific requirements of a VT-2 examination were not met at that time.

Completion of the remaining additional examinations for Containment Spray will be accomplished during the next full flow test required by the CPSES Unit 1 Technical Specifications.

Performance of these remaining additional examinations will complete all additional examinations described by the referenced documents.

Sincerely.
