In accordance with 10CFR50.4, enclosed are four (4) copies of the CPSES I Physical Security Plan (PSP) Revision 30 (copy numbers: 13, 14, 15 and 16). Included with each plan is a " Summary of Changes" which lists the change incorporated in Revision 30.

An evaluation conducted per 10CFR50.54(p), determined that these changes '
do not decrease the effectiveness of the security program. The enclosure to this letter contains SAFEGUARDSMNEO.RN4 TION as defined in 10CFR73.21.
The change in this revision of the PSP identify the change in number and status of armed responders identified within the Plan. -
