The Simulator, T8C and BOF will all demonstrate the cooperation and coordination of key personnel within and between facilities relative to the declaration of Emergency Action Levels and making protective action recommendations. 2. Evacuation will be totally simulated. The Evacuation alarm will not be sounded. Gaitronics announcements will be make concerning evacuation. 3. Accountability will be performed only to the eatent that the TSC and OSC complete accountability logs. 4. Facilities which-will demonstrate the ability to formulate appropriate Protective Actions and to implement them for emergency and non-emergency organisation personnel,
- visitors, contractors, construction personnel and others (as appropriate) will be driven by the scenario.
This may include the Simulator, TSC, and BOF. 5. Facilities which will demonstrate the ability to formulate appropriate Protective Actions Recammandations and to communicate them to offsite officials in accordance with the. For purposes of notification of.the offsite agencies, a controller message will be used to provide the Emergency Coordinator with the simulated number of personnel and vehicles subject to being evacuated from the site. 7.
