This, letter is submitted as documentation of a telephcne discussic held on
. September 6, 1990, between Mr, Lawrence Baker of the Nuclear Training Department'at CPSES ar.d Mr. Kriss Kennedy of-your-office.
A-detailed examination of NUREG 1021. ES-205 has revealed that individuals who-have been previously licensed on a BWR must still take the Generic Fundamentals Examination for the PWR even if their previous' license was-issued

This candidate is enrol m the Comanche Peak hot licensed operator training program and will-have compi aed the Generic Fundamentals portion of the program by the examination date.
The addition of Mr. Sawa to the list of candidates for this -
