Dear Mr. Miraglia:
Based on discussions between the District and NRC, the District supplements the October 1,1987 and November 25, 1987 submittals of Proposed Amendment 164.
The District ha combined Technical Specifications 3.3.1.E and 3.3.1.F. The Technical Specifications for the Nuclear Service Cooling Water and Nuclear Service Raw Water were not consistent with Standard Technical Specifications and the existing Rancho'Seco Technical Specifications. Combining these into a Nuclear Service Water specification is consistent with Standard Technical Specification Section 3.7.4 and the existing Rancho Seco Technical Specification 3.3.2.0. The revised Page 3-21 is attached.
