Proposed Amendment No. 166, Revision 1 makes significant editorial corrections and technical changes. Attachment I provides the insertion / removal instructions for all pages affected by Proposed Amenduent No. 166, Revision 1.

Attachment II includes all Technical Specification pages affected by Proposed Amendment No. 166 Revision 1. Attachment III provides a Description of and Reason for the Changes proposed by Revision 1. Attachment IV contains the j Safety Analysis and No Significant Hazards Considerations for Revision 1.

Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.91(b)(1), the Radiological Health Branch of the California State Department of Health Services has been informed of this l proposed amendment by mailed copy of this submittal.

Since this is a revision to Proposed Amendment No. 166, no additional license l fees are required, l

It is requested that upon approval of this proposed amendment by the NRC, it be made effective no later than thirty days after receipt by the Olstrict.
