Dear Hr. Hiraglia:
This third supplement to Proposed Amendment No.138, Revisica 2 reflects recent changes to the Rancho Seco organization.
The following changes have been made to the Nuclear Organization Chart, Figure 6.2-2:
Removed Director, Technical Services Added Deputy Manager, Operations, including the responsibility of STA e
Supervisor Replaced Electrical /I&C Superintendent with Electrical Superintendent e
and I&C Superintendent Replaced Planning Superintendent and Program Superintendent with e
Planning / Program Superintendent Deleted the position of Supervisor, Plant Support & Inspection Coordination Revised Figure 6.2-2, page 6-2b is enclosed with this letter.
The Safety Analysis and No Significant Hazards Consideration in the District's September 15, 1987 submittal of Proposed Amendment No.138, Revision 2, are not changed or affected by this supplement.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.91(b)(1), the Radiological Health Branch of the California State Department of Health Services has been informed of this prcposed amendment by mailed copy of this submittal.
