Rancho Seco Possession-Only License No. DPR-54. The District hereby submits Proposed Amendment No.186 (PA-186), which reflects changes to the Rancho Seco nuclear organization and requests changes to several PDTS Section D6.0, Administrative Controls, pages.

l Attachment I contains the insertion / removal instructions for the PDTS pages alTected by PA-186 and the proposed, revised PDTS replacement pages. A vertical line is drawn in the right hand margin of the changed pages in the area of each change.

i Attachment 2 contains the Safety Analysis Report and the No Significant

! Ilazards Consideration for the proposed PA-186 changes.

l Also attached (Attachment 3), for information only, is the Rancho Seco nuclear organization chart which would result from approval of PA-186. The District will incorporate these nuclear organization changes in the Defueled Safety l Analysis Report (DSAR) as part of the DSAR update that follows NRC L approval of PA-186.
