Dear Hr. Miraglia:
Based on discussions between the District and NRC, the District hereby submits Supplement 4 to Proposed Amendment 164, Revision 0.
Proposed Amendment 164 revised the applicability of Specification 3.3 to include "All modes from HEATUP-C00LOOHN to POWER OPERATION." This change caused a conflict between 4
Specification 3.3 and the requirements of Specification 3.2.2.2.
The District is adding a Note to Specification 3.3 to eliminate this conflict.
Attached is replacement Technical Specification Page 3-19 incorporating this change.
The Safety Analysis and no significant h;1zards consideration in the District's October 1, 1987 submittal of Proposed Amendment 164, Revision 0 are not changed by this supplement.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.91(b)(1), the Radiological Health Branch of the California State Department of Health Services has been informed of this proposed amendment by mailed copy of this submittal.
