This refers to the reatine safeguards inspection conducted by Mr. H. Zibulsky of this office on December 8-12, 1985 of activities authorized by NRC License No'. SNM-368 and to the discussiohs of our firdings held by Mr. Zibulsky with Mr. T. Collopyfand other members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.

Within the scope of this inspection, no violations wera observed.
